Terms of use
These terms describe the services of vitalibertebandol.fr and the rules of your personal area. Version of 8 October 2026.
1 — Website publisher
The website is published by KEF SPORT BANDOL, the independent operator of Vita Liberté Bandol, at 898 route du Beausset, 83150 Bandol. Publication director: Killian Fedrigo. Contact the club on 07 61 45 27 52, through the website’s contact form or at killianvitabandol@gmail.com. Registration and hosting information is provided in the legal notice linked in the footer.
2 — Available services
The website presents the club, its spaces, services and offers. It lets you send an enquiry and create a free personal account. It does not currently allow you to pay for a product or take out a gym membership. Each offer’s prices, dates and terms are those shown on the website and confirmed by the club. The terms of a gym membership taken out with the club form a separate document; these website terms do not replace them. The Club Journal also lets you read the team’s articles and join conversations when signed in.
3 — Creating and using your account
You may create an account by e-mail with your first name, last name, password and address verification, or use Google when available. In that case, the website verifies Google’s sign-in proof; an address requiring extra verification must first be registered and verified by e-mail. Provide accurate details and update them when they change. The account is personal: do not share passwords or verification codes. A minor uses this service with their legal representative’s permission where required. An account does not prove gym membership or, on its own, grant equipment access.
4 — Your personal area
You can edit your profile, add or remove a phone number and photo, manage communication preferences and view copies of new requests sent from your account. Your profile photo is private by default. You may choose to display it beside public journal comments and withdraw that choice in the comment form. It is not published in a gallery. Stored requests form a personal history, without processing tracking or built-in messaging. You can link Google from your personal area after identity verification and access the same account without losing settings. A Google-created account may set a local password through a personal e-mail link; it is needed for sensitive settings. Apple and SMS services still need configuration.
5 — Security and account access
You can change your password and e-mail address, enable additional e-mail verification and get recovery codes. An address change requires checks on the current and new addresses. Keep recovery codes safe. If you lose access, use the reset process or contact the club. Report suspicious access promptly. The service may limit repeated attempts and block fraudulent requests to protect accounts; these measures do not remove your data rights. Two-step verification remains required after Google sign-in when active. You can verify e-mail and SMS channels separately and choose an active channel once SMS is configured. You can also unlink Google without deleting your website account; a local password and security checks are required to keep access.
6 — Enquiries and appointments
Submitting the form sends your request to the club by e-mail, with an automatic acknowledgement. A preferred date or session request is not a confirmed booking: wait for the team’s confirmation. Response time depends on availability. Do not send medical records, health data, bank-card numbers or passwords in the form. Website sports information and body composition assessments are not medical diagnoses.
7 — Respectful use
Do not use the website to impersonate someone, harass anyone, send unlawful content, try to access another person’s account or disrupt the service. Use a photo you are authorised to send, without exposing others without consent. The club may take proportionate measures against proven abuse or security risks and explain the reasons where possible without compromising security or a legal obligation.
8 — Data and communications
KEF SPORT BANDOL processes data necessary for accounts and enquiries. Phone and photo are optional. The newsletter, article alerts and commercial SMS communications rely on separate choices, disabled by default, which you can withdraw in your personal area. The privacy policy explains purposes, recipients, retention periods, cookies and how to exercise your rights. Messages essential to account verification and security are separate from advertising.
9 — Closing your account
You may request account deletion under Security after the required checks. Accounts without a sign-in for two years are deleted with associated data on the next use of the service. This does not cancel a gym membership or erase conversations already retained in club inboxes. Backup rules and exact retention arrangements are in the privacy policy. The last active administrator must transfer permissions to another active account before deletion.
10 — Content and external services
Texts, photos, graphics and logos are protected by their owners’ rights. Their presence on the website does not authorise commercial reuse. Partner links open independent websites whose terms and policies apply. Google Maps and YouTube load only after you choose them; they may then receive data and use their own trackers. You can close the map or player and browse the website without loading them.
11 — Availability and changes
The club works to keep the website operational and its information accurate. Maintenance or an incident may temporarily interrupt a service. Significant changes to the personal area or its rules will be presented to affected users. Changes to these terms do not reduce your mandatory rights. No clause is intended to exclude the publisher’s liability where imposed by law.
12 — Complaints and applicable law
First send your written complaint to KEF SPORT BANDOL at the postal or e-mail address above. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved with the club, you may use its mediation service free of charge: MTV Médiation Tourisme Voyage, BP 80 303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17. Eligibility conditions and the application form are available at https://mtv.travel/demande-saisine/. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protections or access to the competent courts.
The Club Journal and moderation
The Club Journal is freely accessible. Only authorised administrators write and publish its articles. A signed-in member can like an article, remove their like, publish and remove a comment. Their comment and first name are public. Do not publish defamatory, abusive, discriminatory or harassing remarks, excessive advertising or personal data about someone else. The team may proportionately remove comments that breach these rules and restrict or delete accounts in cases of abuse. The member receives the reason for comment removal in their personal area. To report content or challenge a measure, use the contact form and identify the relevant article and comment. Deleting an account deletes its active contributions and likes; editorial articles remain club content. The last active administrator must transfer access before closing their account. Technical authorisation does not change the publication director named in the legal notice. Administrators upload only photos for which the club has publication rights and necessary permissions. The publishing account’s name appears as a byline with the publication date. Buttons and links in articles are not orders or subscriptions.
